*The Maintenance package does NOT include a haircut and focuses on hygiene and maintenance only.

**Puppy’s First Grooming Appointment Disclosure**

**For puppies who have never had a grooming appointment before, a full haircut will not be performed during their first visit. This policy ensures that puppies who are new to grooming are not overwhelmed or overstressed while they learn to tolerate the process safely and comfortably.

At this introductory appointment, your puppy will instead receive a “face, feet, and fanny” trim, which includes a light trim around the face, soles of the paws, and rear. They will also receive a bath, blow dry, brush out, nail trim, ear cleaning, and teeth cleaning.

This first groom is designed to gently introduce your puppy to the sights, sounds, and handling involved in grooming, helping them build confidence and setting them up for positive experiences as they grow. Thank you for supporting your puppy’s comfort and well being.**
